My background

As a longtime Florida resident, I love helping others find their slice of paradise here. I enjoy buying and selling real estate both as a hobby and as a profession. I have an abundance of energy and enthusiasm that enables me to get the job done.

Thoroughly enjoying the buying and selling process for my own personal, investment and rental properties, I entered my real estate career in order to share my experiences and to help others navigate the complexities of purchasing and selling real estate. After gaining valuable experience as an investor, then a Realtor sales associate, I finally became a Licensed Real Estate Broker to enhance my skills and to allow me to best serve my customers in a more personalized way.

I earned a B.S. degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Health Science/Health Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude. A long career as a healthcare executive gave me valuable experience in contract negotiations, marketing, and working with people from all walks of life. After “retiring” from that role, I obtained my real estate sales license and will spend my time doing a job I love and finding ways to give back to my community.

Originally from the Boston area, I have lived in Florida since 1978, spending some years also in Washington State and in Wisconsin. When not working, I enjoy a wide range of activities. I am active in our local real estate association, serving on several committees that I feel enhance the relationship of Realtors and our local community. As a runner, I founded and direct a local running club and serve as mentor and coach. I enjoy any activity that involves animals, as I have family of furry ones at home and I volunteer at local animal shelters. Living on the Harris Chain of Lakes offers me a place to take a boat ride whenever the mood strikes.
