I have had the opportunity to work with Melissa both selling and purchasing a home. Melissa is very professional, sharp and knowledgeable about the real estate market and all aspects of the contract process. She helped me with contacts for everything I needed from financing to the home inspection. Melissa was quite willing to work with me and helped to meet my needs from showing me homes, to helping me through the bumps of the process, to dealing with the seller’s realtor throughout the selling and buying process and everything in between. Melissa is Professional and Phenomenal! TRULY THE BEST! My husband and I were being relocated for his job. We knew we needed to get the house ready for sale, however we had some questions on how to list our house. We lived in a rural section of Tavares, yet a desirable location due to being directly on a canal linked to the Harris chain of lakes. We called Melissa months prior to actually listing. She came to the property and we discussed what we thought we should do and asked for her opinions. We received great advice and started moving forward. We came to a point where I personally could not manage some on my own. Melissa was able to provide me a handyman with the skill to accomplish every project. I could not have been more pleased. Melissa had been over to review some projects during the process. She was excited as I was. Once complete, Melissa arranged and coordinated the final cleaning and landscaping for me. Melissa went above and beyond what any Realtor would. I have had experience with Realtors in the past, this was my 5th house experience. Melissa listed the house, had an Open House the first weekend of the listing and called me with an offer on the 7th day the house was up for sale. We closed a week early as well. None of these things would have taken place if Melissa was not on the top of her game. Melissa is the best Realtor experience in Florida.
